However, till now no scientific basis or research has come to the fore regarding the benefits of booster dose in covid.
69 students infected in Karnataka 69 students have been found corona positive in Shivamogga and Chikmagalur districts of Karnataka. 40 students and teachers were found positive in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya residential hostel in Seegodu village of Chikmagalur.
Corona killed 2,796 in a day across the country
With the arrival of 8,895 new cases of covid-19 in the last 24 hours, while the total number of infected people increased to 3,46,33,255, in Bihar, after reconciliation of the figures, 2,796 cases of death were reported in a day. The total death toll from the pandemic in the country has risen to 4,73,326.
Earlier on July 21, 3,998 cases of death were found in a single day. Then Maharashtra had reconciled the figures for the 14th time. This time, 2,426 cases of Bihar have been added to the 2,796 cases of death, which have been included in the figures.
100% vaccination in Himachal
Himachal Pradesh is the first state in the country to complete 100% immunization of all adults. Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that Himachal is also the state which has completed 100% first dose. At the same time, vaccination has been made mandatory for all citizens in the Union Territory of Puducherry.
